It doesn't work too often to report teamhitter.
He will never be punished, and your request will be denied most likely, due to "lack of evidences".
But how the hell can someone take an evidence of teamhitting when he doesn't know when exactly your teammate will hit you? Chagan_Arslan took two pictures in time of 2 seconds, where in first picture guy prepared to hit, chagan's horse was full health, then in second picture guy is running away and chagan's horse has lost hp.
And what says admin? Not enough evidence.
So, even though i understand what you mean by "it is better to report teamhitter", it is bullshit that it works.
