Title: Sige stuff, slot and upkeep

Sige stuff like sige shields and the rest should have no upkeep cost and no slots. Right now almost none use them.
Actually i don't care if it's not realistic with no upkeep and slots, coz right now a battle is 50% of ranged and a good 20% of cav and it's quite frustrating. At least more sige shit can help inf. having some protection. Right now i just feel like a mobile target all the time.
