i saw my sword name is Tempered Long Espada Eslavona is Tempered damaged abit? how to repair it

Tempered means heirloom +1 =)

If your sword was heirloomed at +2 or +3 before and get damaged while you have no gold to repair it, his rank may have decreased so you need to go to your item list on website, and repair your sword.
