Title: Some new ideas regarding Strat gameplay

I`m suggesting, the addon of  Intelligence and Charisma that  will affect the Strat map only.

The Intelligence attribute will affect the skills of :

- Mining (for making weapons and upgrading them)
- Wood gathering (for making wooden weapons (bows, xbows) and upgrading them)
- Stone Gathering (which will be used into making new building into villages
- Farming
- Fishing
- Food gathering
- Hunting

The Charisma attribute will affect the skills of :

- Trading with NPC inside maps
- Path Finding
- Leadership (a skill that will affect the recruits that someone can recruit in one hour)
- Prisoner Management (I never understood why the rest of the troops of a defeated army get transfered to the winner)


I`m also suggesting, the addon of new, key buildable buildings inside Fiefs, which will affect the prosperity of a city, the upgrade of the gear & the supplies of an army.

Some examples :

- Blacksmith (decreases the upgrade cost & time of the X selected item, by Y time)
- Marketplace (Increases the prosperity of a fief by X, and allows people to sell their goods)
- Mills & Farms
- Ports (only for fiefs near water)

etc etc

I would say cool, if you get a new strat-character altogether (one unrelated to crpg, and you still gotta use your main to fight the actual battles, this char is only for the stratmap) Perhaps levelled by a refined renown system.

With a different levelling curve i would say, influenced by actions on the map...

Then add the STR requirement for things like recruiting (strong guy, trains his recruits to soldiers faster)
And AGI, for movementspeed, vision and other shit :)

Charisma and Leadership could affect how many voice commands you can give in-game!

With the voice command stuff servers will then be full of silent powerful players and mouthy weaklings.

I like the idea, although Marketplace has a pointless feature.  I think the way prosperity is handled now is fine.  Although, making the Marketplace give the ability for heroes inside the fief to sell items with a tax that gets sent to the fief after a purchase is nice.  It would make places in the middle of a map a economic vantage point rather than a place to avoid (Like it is now since the further away the better)

EDIT: No one uses the marketplace the way it works now.  (From what I know)
