Title: Add performace and reliability rating to the merc-hiring section.

As the title says.
Most clans have their allies etc in their roster, and know most of them.
However, it would be useful to see which randomers perform well in strategus battle, so they get a better chance to get hired.

Also usefull for factionless players, that are unfamiliar with the playerbase.

On top of that, small factions/ faction-less players that don't use ts3 for rostercalls can select on reliability this way.

I don't like this suggestion because I have a bad performance rating and would never get hired :(
