only devs know I gues. U just need to wait till its gone. Usually about 15-20 minutes

When a server is full, it sets an automatic random password to prevent lag from people trying and failing to connect. This password usually is automatic lift when there's more room

Total ration lag times are only pisses me off is that I play on the server and I want to buy a new weapon and I want to go back a password.

You don't need to logoff to get a new weapon, just buy it on the website and wait for a "server update".
The server refreshs your stats in a short intervall. Then you can choose it ingame in your equip menue.

You can also retire while playing if you want to :P
