something like that happened last year in Rome, a prostitute abbandoned her newborn baby in a McDonald's toilet. ( litteraly inside the toilet, in the water). Seriously WTF, if you don't want to keep your baby there are orphanges and other institutes.

If the story is real, those junkies were really lucky imo, i think that an untrained person can do more harm than good doing an injection to the heart
