I paid for changing my name in cRPG but it doesn't work..

Is there any problem?

How can I treat this..?

all paid name changes on the site is manually reviewed by the people incharge of name changes so expect it to happen in ~3hr - 7days.

Meaning they have to approve of the name change before it gets applied

you can also only change typos or clan tags.
