Title: Name change

I've tried to change my name by adding a clan tag 6 times now (paid 1k gold each time) and its still acting as if it got denied (no longer pending and my name the same). I don't understand why it would be denied since its obvious im adding a clan tag so im starting to think its a bug.

Has anyone changed their name successfully with the new webpage?

Only allow changes like clan tags and typos. We do not allow total namechanges.
Rule of thumb: if someone can recognize the old player with the new nick, it is ok!

You are applying for Shaolin_Warrior -> MLG_Techno.

This will not get accepted. No bug.

I tried to name change from No_Sir to OF_No_Sir and it never went through, lost the 1k, naturally.  Haven't tried again.

How long do they normally take pending?

Ok but i've changed from Techno_Ninja to Shaolin_Warrior in the past  :? so i figured it would be ok.
As long as i have lets say shaolin after the clan tag, it will be ok then?

You applied for namechange and cancelled it 4 minutes later. We're not quite that fast.

It was different for a while so people could revert to their gen1 nicks after retirement change. MLG_Shaolin_Warrior would be the proper way to try.

And what if I want to change my name because I don't like "Renegat" anymore? Do I need a special authorization or something like that?
Moreover, I change the name of one of my alt one month ago Shogunate_Renegat --> Viewfull , and i didn't have any problem for it. So is there a new rule for name change or something like that? Cause i often change the name of my alts and it bother me a bit if i can't do it anymore x)
