Reason - racism. He used a kind of transliteration to veil his insults.

The translations:
Смерть неграм! - Death to the nigers (black in spanishs)!
Замолчи негр! - Shut niger!
Смерть негру - Death to tne niger.
Ты негр, заткнись! - You niger shut up!

Deserter_Guido_the_Pig banned for one month for racism. This is already your 13th ban (even though most of them are a while ago). There are not many chances left.
