For trolling, leeching, intentional team hitting and team kills (at spawn, without enemies close to us). For two players: NapalonaStrzala and DKG_Flooo.
I have screen where you can see team hits and team kill:

I was there, but I don't think NapalonaStrzala did all this either, I just noticed that he supported Flooo in some aspects as Flooo got grilled.

Here a screenshot from the same round in which Flooo was leeching although the bots were already raping:
