Tbh you can find people like that (or catch them at the right moment) everywhere, you just need to look.

Tbf, we don't know how many interviews ended up on the cutting room floor because people answered "that question makes no sense". Idiots are an international resource. You can go looking for some anywhere in the world and be guaranteed in finding them.

that's messed up...my state (minnesota) prohibits schools from using corporal punishment.  if I grew up in a state that allowed schools to strike students, I would have certainly hit the teachers back.
