ive been taking mutant mass for 14 months bud it works well for me :D
oh and saxon, Mass gainers are totally crap, they are full of sugar, or fructoze, you will gain mass. but it mostly will be fat.
I suggest a 90% whey, and increase your carb intake from food.

Day 1. Upper chest - Front Delts
Day 2. Lats - Biceps
Day 3. Quads
Day 4. Rest
Day 5. Mid/Lower Chest - Triceps
Day 6. Deadlifts (- Traps - Rear Delts ) those two always Super Set - hamstrings - calves
Day 7. Rest
I do this cycle for 2 months, and for 1 month, I change it to Super Sets/Drop Sets and Failure Sets.
Although I haven`t been in a gym for like 4 and a half months due to some RL matters.
