Title: Better Strategus battle management

So since strategus is coming "very soon" here some suggestions:

1)Admin powers to kick & ban(only for current battle) teammates for commanders. Because there are always some retards on battlefield. Trying to find some real admin at 5a.m. isn't best option.

2)Detail profile of applicant. To better equip management. & profile should be made automatically to prevent people from cheating with it.

3)Ability to make sets of equipment. For example: You bought equip, made 4 sets(archer, inf, cav & heavy inf). All other equip could be used without restrictions. During the recruitment you may choose which set(or couple) player can use. It will prevent morons with 0wpf in Xbow from taking Arbalest with general's plated charger.

4)Something like greeting message of the battle: "we have poor equip, no xbows & horses, only >30lvl chars required" etc. It was in old Strat but was showed only after your approval.

This is still relevant and important. 2) and 4) are extremely high-priority stuff IMO, 1) as well if it's feasible.

I think 2) should also reveal the player's location: EU, NA, CN, whatever. Force everyone to input it permanently before allowing them to apply for Strat battles.
