Title: STEAM OVERLAY
Post by: whowants on May 15, 2013, 02:42:42 am
I play mount and blade through c-rpg launcher. I want steam overlay but to have that you need to launch mount and blade through steam which gives me script errors and what not , it's annoying. Is there a way to play c-rpg with steam overlay WITHOUT adding c-rpg as a non-steam game?

Oops, just realised you didn't want to run it as non-steam game. Ignore me.

I've got CRPG launcher working with steam overlay. There's a post in the forums somewhere about it.

Add crpg launcher to steam as non steam game.
Win7 turn off some admin setting (UAC) so it doesn't constantly popup admin auths when starting crpg launcher - sorry forgot what the settings called but its mentioned in the forum posts elsewhere.

And voila, crpg with steam overlay works. no script errors.
