400k combined with some of your gold and a little bit of patience you can easily win an heirloom exchange auction or win the Blacksmith services and buy a third loom point with the remaining gold...
(I estimate this would take about 100k-200k more to go either route, which isn't too bad, imho, considering you'd be trading a +3 item for the equivalent of 3 loom points.)

Right now I'm interested in quick, lengthy 3d or 4d polearms or 2her's.
Like HBS, Longsword, Greatsword, 2h sword, highland claymore, great axe, long axe, red tassel spear, ashwood pike,
I might be interested in a good lengthy, quick 1h'er, like sidesword or italian too.
Would also take +3 heavy warhorse or +3 mail gauntlets or +3 cuir bouli.
possibly interested in barded warhorse too...

Will entertain other offers.
