Welcome to the squat comp ladies.

The person to do the most squats in 3min wins 50k.

Rules:

1) You have to film yourself and identify who you are.

2) Prison squats with hands behind the head, arse to grass. No half measures here. Any incomplete rep will be removed from your tally.

3) If your the only person to post and you do less than 80 you win nothing!

That's not a video, sorry. Glad to know that you are in good shape though!

But yeah, watching pasty internet horse game aficionados do squats as quickly as they possibly can would be really funny. Hope someone is brave enough to step up (I am not, I'm barely brave enough for karaoke night).
