Title: Need Help - Retirement and renaming?

Hi I just retired TigerGirl, and renamed the character, but the renamed main character is not showing on the ingame profile.  It is however showing up as main on the website.  On website, TigerGirl is now an alternate with peasant status, and so is ingame profile.  How do I get my renamed main to show up?

1.On the ingame profile click edit
2.Click the name box.
3.Give that character the new name.
4.Success!
