Title: Ban Request: HoC_Shitstain_Carac - Intentional TK

I didn't grab a screen shot but Carac literally ran by, turned around, waited until I ran by and shot me point blank in the head. Then he tried to claim it was an equip screen issue. Before the round had ended. Please check the logs.

I was on LLJK_Michael_Savage when this occurred.

On-topic, I'm fairly sure I witnessed this earlier.  Carac and another friendly crossbowman were reloading, then Carac ran up to the guy after he finished and shot him in the face.  There were still one or two enemies left, round was not over.

Hill, how can anyone take your word? You do your very best to attempt to get me and other banned. On another ban thread of mine, you pulled the same shit. No evidence, just talking out of your, then Dex shut you up.

This is a 'his word vs mine' situation, and based on the logs I don't really have any proof this is intentional.   It's a bit suspicious with the cheeky "equip screen" from Carac & the fact Carac's been banned a few times fairly recently for team-wounding.

Locking without banning due to lack of evidence.  I will say this though Carac - if you are found to be intentionally tking in the future, by my banning rubric you'd likely be taking a 3+ day time-out.
