hey guys,

I was just wondering if you could help list some good and effective shielder builds,

and could you please tell me the best stats for the 24/15 1 hander shield build pelase

The best lvl 30 shielder build I ever tried (and the only one I ever tried) is 24-15: 8 ps, 5 shield, 5 athletics, 5 WM.
For 31 and higher - 24-18.
PS: this is the build for long 1h swords btw.

The 'standard' (and IMO best) shielder build is 21/15

7IF
7PS
5ATH
5WM
5Shield

It's a great level 30 build because all skills are maxed out.
24/15, 18/21, 18/18, 21/18 are all feasible as well, and based on preference you can branch out further.
