Title: Partial Respec

Allow players to change weapon points. Allow players to change up to 3 attribute points. Skill points too.

Level 32 on up are stuck and are screwed. Only way out is retire.

I like my build but just want to change from 2h to pole or from archery to throwing. Maybe drop the horse and pick up a shield!

Forcing the player to retire or respec millions of xp away for simple build changes is not right. Maybe limit the amount of minor respecs each player gets per week/month just to limit aboose.

Once per 3 months, for 25% of your xp. Or simply a marketplace auction like the respec.

Was thinking auction. More gold sinks the better.

WPF reset auction sound nice...
1 skill reset (so reset all points you put in 1 skill) sounds nice as well...
