Title: Name change/logging out

I was trying to change my name, paid the 1k gold application fee and saw the request was pending.
I logged on today and saw the request was no longer pending and my name was the same, i thought i got denied but it didn't make sense since i was changing a clan tag. I then realized maybe i need to make a new char with the name i want to use, so when i went to go logout it just sort of refreshed the page, it refuses to log out of my main character.

If it is no longer pending and your original char still exists the name change was denied. You do not need to make a new char anymore when you want to change the name. And we still have/had some problems with the browser cookies, if logout doesn't work clear them.
