Hi guys this is complete laziness on my part but should help you get fitter.

After you die in a round (unless your the last one)

> Get yourself a roller and do some roll outs. Ross is the boss! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vfTLXQUZeI If this is too much do 40 of your favorite core blasting excercises.
Some options; V ups, crunches, cycling.

Here is a decent abs video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cfY_4m3RVRc

Go threw this 3 times 3 times a week :) you'll be tanking up in no time.

If you have some way to do chin ups put those bad boys in!

----

A word from your author;

Last year I stopped playing in September. Over the following three months I cut 30kgs of fat and went from 110kg to 80kg. I did that doing body weight like this and running. I did push ups none stop 7 days a week and chin ups 5 days away. I also changed my diet to be protein heavy and I slowly (unconsciously mind you) stopped eating most junk food. I am however a cake FIEND! And eat a slice of cake/pie a coulpe times a week :p

So yeah guys get into it, get fit and then get lifting!

Quite epic that song.
I even doubt most girls really like men who got 100 kg and muscles only. At the same time it looks disgusting and to be honest, if someone is so concentrated on his muscles, he cannot spend much time on more important stuff.
Sports is fine, but not everyday and not for hours. :P

Did you know that this is one of the most misused quotes in the world. The dude saying that (Juvenal) didn't mean it in the way it is most used today, quite the contrary, in fact.

Who cares what anyone else thinks about your body. It's about what you like and want. I personally really like the look and everything that goes along with it. I'm currently trying to add 20 kg my goal is 110.

I work out depending on the plan I'm using either 7 days a week or 3 for between 40min and 2 hours. The gym is my sanctuary, I'm on a first name basis with the staff and about a whole bunch of the regulars. I love it.

And to hell with not spend loads of time working out and eating right! FUCK THAT! Life is short, do what you want to do.
