Title: my account is messed up. help plz

I changed my name and my stats on my old guy got wiped which is normal but my new character w/ the new name never showed up.... what do i do ?

Sorry I can't help you, last time I changed my name it was near instant & there was no problems like this, hopefully someone can help you out.
