I do not know if it was already asked but are there any solution to start the map editor with WSE2 ?

mmh..  It's annoying because when I run cRPG without wse2, the launcher start the server client in place of the game, and I do not know why.

Probably because you installed the client and server in the same folder. You should be able to fix it by moving the launcher somewhere else.
