He's a fan of M&B. Gunna see if he's heard of crpg, if not, I'm gunna tell him about it :D

Back to Paradox, i think he's heard of it, some of his staff must "stalk" all the succesfull mods.
But he probably doesn't care at all. :'(
Hey, have you heard about cRPG ? You know, the M&B:Warband mod that gots better animation than the original game. And a constant player base. And epic multiplayer leveling. I mean, everything good that your designed game doesn't have.

Seriusly. What the fuck Paradox? Their releases have lately been buggy as fuck. So buggy that one wouldnt even call it being at beta state, at the official release. Is Paradox beating the crap out of their developers to release barely finished games?

Tell him to continue making good games instead of trying to squeeze the last dollar out of mediocre ones like other publishers but also to go easy on the silly micro DLC. Sprite or music packs should be included in free patches.

Ha, I will defo ask him about it because I do think its a great mod. Also, because he's the publisher, and not the developer, I'm sure he won't be bothered about criticism at all. In fact, he'd probably be glad to know what the next one needs to make it more popular, cos that'll probably mean more sales. Im not sure of the exact relationship between TW and PI though tbh, and so he may have no control over content.

But fuck it, I'm gunna get drunk as fuck and see what happens.

In all seriousness Paradox release some really god games, massive respect too them for the fact they publish stuff that gamers want but other publishers wont do.  They do still need to improve the quality of some though :P

Paradox games have always been buggy. Only recently have they started releasing mostly non-buggy games and only their core strategy games.

I think EU_4 means Europe server 4 and not Europa Universalis 4, my version makes a lot more sense.

No...they don't even care/update warband anymore, not to mention why in the hell would they manage EU4 CRPG servers? On top of that were talking about the CEO of Paradox Interactive and were ALSO in the OTHER GAMES sub category.

Had a drink with him last night. He was really cool and approachable.
He said he'd played a lot of crpg.
We spoke about M&B, Leviathan, the next M&B, and the standard of girls in Newcastle.

There was a GamesHorizon event in Newcastle (where I live and work) and he was one of the speakers. After the event there was an afterparty/freebar drinks thing and most of the big (by Newcastle standards anyway) game studios got invites to it. I took the opportunity and went along.
