Title: Character updating

I have a friend saying his Character is not updating from the site. He will buy gear on the character and in game it doesnt equip it or show the gear, just that he is lvl 1 with peasant gear. His in game name is Sykopaf_The_Berserk.

Any suggestions on what could be the problem?

Solved. He didn't have steam on and the c-rpg launcher aloud him to play War band still.
