Tw'ed me repeatedly at the beginning of rounds, finally TKed me so I grabbed a Screenie.

Can confirm this, was reported for 4 teamwounds the map before as well.

Looking at logs, it appears RkorangaR was repeatedly being reported by qywxl for a few maps in a row, 6 reports in 10 minutes from the same person, which seems very fishy, especially since those were the only reports.  The screenshot also seems very clear it was a start of round intentional TK considering the time.

This will be his first ban, so I'm only going 12 hours although I could have easily made it longer.

RkorangaR please do not grief other players with teamwounds.
