Title: Kicked from Server

I'm not sure what the issue is today. It  worked fine yesterday but when I try to join a server I get kicked and it says this character belongs to somebody else. I have the correct steam code and I tried repairing the crpglauncher but it still does not work. I didn't do anything that I would think to cause this problem. Any help?

The ‘Incorrect authorization key’ error usually means there is a problem with the taleworlds server. These problems occur from time to time and disappear within the day or the hour.
The recent problems with people getting kicked and 'characters belonging  to someone else' might be related.

Joining a native server before you try again might help, but this is not confirmed. The best thing to do is to keep on trying.

I think it might be a global thing because most of the servers aren't showing up or have little/no players.

unable to log in today.  kicked. low player count at 03:10pm around 9 players on NA servers

They might've been playing before the problem arose, but would have problems if they tried leaving and rejoining?

Well, I have the same problem. And this happens so often WHILE PLAYING AND WHILE I HAVE X5 !!
It's so damnit annoying. So my problem description.
e.g. I have x5 on Eu 1 New, I get kicked and when I try to rejoin, it says: This character belongs to sonebody else. Or: Somebody else is using your profilename.
I don't know why but after 2-10 rejoining tries it works as fine as before.
I don't know why I have this problem but really, it's kinda annoying. Help!
I hope I can help you if I tell you this: Try to rejoin until it works. Or also restart the game, if it diesn't help, try to repair your Launcher or whatever. If that doesn't help: Restart your computer (I don't recommend this) or wait a while.
