To bad when you try to join NA servers you get an error message saying "Character name belongs to someone else" and then are kicked from the server.

well at least me... Now how am I suppose to waste away my Sunday!

Ehhh, why do they ask me "enter your serial key" ?

I hope patch inc ... (yeah , that's a kid's dream  :()

taleworlds crashed around 7 gmt+1. i was playing another mod and loads of people lost connection. I left and couldnt find a single server. Maybe this is linked

The ‘Incorrect authorization key’ error usually means there is a problem with the taleworlds server. These problems occur from time to time and disappear within the day or the hour.
The recent problems with people getting kicked and 'characters belonging  to someone else' might be related.

Joining a native server before you try again might help, but this is not confirmed. The best thing to do is to keep on trying.

Just use repair in the luncher and then you will be able to find the servers

I'm pretty sure the best thing to do would be to use this as an opportunity to quit this god damn nightmare.

That's nice, but I ended up getting on EU until NA was back, then played on NA for a while. I'll go swallow a sword now.
