Playing on NA 1 a few minutes ago and me and Angry were 2v1ing some guy. She killed him as I was poking him and it whiffed her, doing miniscule amount of damage. She immediately reported me then proceeded to revenge TK me.

A single teamwound from you, and a single teamwound from her.  I don't have any more proof than that, and it could easily have been during the middle of skirmish with other enemies.

Locking thread due to lack of evidence, however Pro_AngryBumbleBee a reminder to watch your swings, and if you did intentionally teamwound...to not do that.
