not worth it imo
-
Id use this plenty if implemented... id pay 3 loompoints for a level 32 :D
-
Sounds good, and if you regret your decision just level him up to level 31 and retire for your loom point back.

exactly.

I think there should be restricted from going above level 31 though since I guess ppl can get a boost of 4 mill xp to get to lvl 32 and get 2 loom points.

what? stf goes to level 30 and if it costs 1 LP then leveling to level 32 nets you 1 LP. That would be like going 1 and a half gens to get 1 lp.....how is that unfair
EDIT:I think you might be mistaken as in you think that STF gives you a straight 4 mill xp......it doesnt
-
Hmm have you thought about the gen bonus? 4 mil xp just to get gen bonus doesn't sound very good though, but might not be bad for getting lots of gen bonus in a short time.
-
How can you get lots of gen bonus with this? All you can do is convert an stf to a regular char once. You can't retire this char and then make him an stf again, of course, that would be stupid.
-
Loompoints are also money. This way marketplace sharks can level their alts from their hustling. Not all loompoints are earned by the beholder..
-
They can only use it to speed up 30 levels on any character, though. Not a big deal if you ask me.
-
sounds nice. Some will do - some not. And to prevent abuse just make STF unavailable for Gen 2+.
-
Creating a sink like that would lead to an increase in the price of loompoints on the market (assuming a significant number of people use the option).
-
I would rather spend a loom point to gain 8 million xp!
-
EDIT: Nevermind, I assumed something I shouldn't have.
My opinion: I honestly do not see the point of this.
-
I also cant see any point in respecing.
The only thing this whole lp to stf char would do is "transfering" half of the xp earned to another char, by spending a loompoint. (limited to STF chars - so you cant just boost another regular alt.)
I think that sounds like a good alternative for wasting half of your XP respecing.
And btw. i dont think that this would increase the money for lps on the Marketplace.. as it is just another way of spending them. Same as implementing a new weapon won't effectively change the need for loompoints.

The point is:
You tryout another build - like it - and need to create an alt and lvl for a day or more to have it like your alt.
isnt that enough point to agree this?

lvl 30 in a day on gen 1? hahahahaha
but yeah. youre totally right. I fear that the devs wont read this tho - nor implement... :(
