Sum up your points.

The easiest way to do this, is to not put your exact "words" into text as if you were talking out loud.  Some of us type very fast and also read very fast, but that's not an excuse for text walls.

We all hope Joker will get the help he so desperately needs.  Get well brother.

I can understand the mute if this is taken out of context. And Joker probably understands that too.

Mybe he did something else? Complete muting is not so much of an appropriate punishment for someone who writes one threadpage long texts.

I have an idea, it is probably about racism. I looked to his latest posts. I don't want to share it here (the one about being educational racist). I don't believe being muted is what joker deserved. I'm seeing much worse posts in TW turkish forum everyday, and a small warning is what they get mostly.

If I say" heil albert einstein!" That deserves a mute of course. But the issue gets questionable if I say that I have a racist side. The two things are not the same exactly, but it might be the forum policy and I respect that. Sometimes mutes don't have to be well deserved to serve a purpose. The mute joker gets, seems like something functional for the sake of forum; not as a personal warning to joker. At least thats how I see things.

That's because there is a certain standard of behaviour expected from other people, whilst they have just given up on Turks behaving properly

That is indeed correct, but the situation gets a bit different if you're facing 10 racists instead of 1; lets say in a population out of 20.

By the way, I still think this thing has no connection with races as what racists suggest. Islamic countries might have a much worse behavior compared to European countries, but stating that this is because of the difference between Islam and Christianity is a fallacy (or races in this extend). It is all about governments and the education they provide to their citizens. Bad and manipulative education leads to bad behaviour.

I will give you an example with the name I made up.
If 50% martians have a racist side today, that is not because they are martians; that is because martians are raised to be a racist by their government (with education, mass media and the like).

Yes, I got muted for that one post of me, where I obviously admit my racism. All hail to political correctness and the new, clean world it will bestow upon us once everyone has been "cured" with it.


Edit:

Btw. it's the second time I got muted. I was muted a few weeks before for a few days. For racism, btw.. I guess I should start being racist towards my fellow people, as the forum admins somehow seem to tell me that I am racist... didn't know that before... but hey, I'll do them the favor!

Some of the forum moderators are just power hungry, if they find the slightness reason to warn you, they will because they can, and it makes them feel good to be able to silence another human being over the internet, on a gaming forum about medieval times.

I don't even think it's malevolent, they are just affected by this political correctness which is spreading around these days, without having it questioned, as it seems to be legit on the first glance.

Well, now I know how things are going here, and I will spread my crusade against political correctness in a more subliminal way, so that I can't get punished for it.
