Title: Custom Banner help

I recently bought an exclusive banner slot and uploaded my own image. The banner I created is displayed on the clan page, but when I join a game the banner belonging to the previous owner is shown. What am I doing wrong?

Did you restart your game? Game needs to redownload the banners.

If its not that, then I have no idea  :(

Character page > press Edit and then skip the character edit page > Click on Use Clan`s banner > Join server.

There is a problem with database or something. I have the same problem as well.

because the database was moved recently, the exclusive bannerslots are bugged.
The devs are aware of this problem and are working on fixing it.
