Jokes aside, Goretooth is probably the whiniest and fattest.
He used to get into siege, die a few times, whine, then rejoin because he was ashamed of his poor KDs.
He also sounds like a bloated Sylvester Stallone with a lisp of some sort. I could only imagine the amount of saliva that spews forth when he talks.

Not really been around that many TS's to listen to people whine and rage but from my experiences, Acehole is the worst. When he dies he ALWAYS has to give a synopsis of every death. Complains about glancing, complains about chambers complains about hit boxes... Kill me.

He's a cool guy when he's not being fucking annoying.
