Title: banners are fucked up

happened on all servers: teammates without banners, black shields/banners, teammates having the wrong banner, people with the correct banner but the wrong one on their shield...
im not the only one

I was brutally abused by my teammates on Eu 2 today because I was bannerless for them  :cry:

When I started running, maybe 2 seconds in, they all turned normal.
No issue after that one incident.

This is not an issue, it just takes a few sec to load all textures/banners when ondemand textures are on.
The issue is when banners/heraldic items don't load at all or have wrong textures on them.
