All he was doing was standing by a csite with a sword in hand. Someone assumed he was working on it just because he took a picture of him near the csite, but he never threw any cmaterial on it and didn't place the csite. MrShine banned him based on a picture provided that only showed him standing beside it and the wall with a sword in hand - if he was an engineer working on it he would not have been armed. Please amend the incorrect banning based on speculation not evidence. Just being close to the csite shouldnt make him automatically culpable.
In teamchat he encouraged yoloswaggins in building the catapult but did not do it himself. the worst you could say he did was guard the engineer who did build the catapult.

The chat in the screenshots make it pretty obvious that EggoWaffle & Yoloswaggins both were working together to get the catapault built.

-Eggo saying "they had to be sneaky"
-Eggo saying how many more trips to get mats would be needed
-Eggo saying he "has 4" materials
-FARTLORD_PISS asking eggo where they were building it
-Eggo saying 'TE HE' and cheering along with yoloswaggins right before people crash
Even if the "worst he did" was guard yolo as he built the catapault, he's still obviously colluding/encouraging/protecting the building of an object he knew shouldn't be built and was explicitly told not to build.
Maybe if more evidence comes up I'll take a look at it, but right now it seems pretty cut & dry.
