Title: Ban/warning request against Oy74 - TKer (HRE)

HRE server.
This player - Oy74 - suddenly killed two teammates in two consecutive waves in between waves (no enemies around), starts a banpoll against one of the players he teamkilled and it unfortunately succeeded (people probably thought Oy74 was the victim of the poll).
