What do you think about adding bonus against horses with some polearms like Fauchard which were designet do kill cavalryman? Same as axes have bonus against shields.

You do realize polearms stop a horse with a direct hit right?
I don't think they need any boosts considering they already have that advantage, not to mention the massive speed bonus they get for a direct hit.

Agreed, if your horse gets stopped by a pole arm other that the shortaned spear, your lucky to get away

What about weapons that aren't polearms? The "bonus to horses" doesn't have to be ONLY for polearms, ya know?
Personally I'd give it to certain throwing weapons (like they aren't cav-killers already ^^), and some 1h and 2handers.

If you manage to stab a horse that travels fast enough with a stab from a wooden dagger without being hit first; you deserve to rear the horse. Fuck, you deserve to instakill it!

My point still remains. Why can't we buff other weapons against horses?

^Horses are strong animals at the moment they die more quickly than almost all builds, this is ridiculous.
If anything the horse needs a strength buff and its speed and "drive-ability" reduced.

No, horse corpses need to be non-ethereal. You stab a horse in the face and it dies? Great, now you are hit by 400-1000kg of flesh moving at speed which falls on you. :D
Would make horse charge a nasty thing to face.
Although it's true the more agile ones are silly, feels like they have no inertia.

My point still remains: This "bonus to horses" can apply to all weapon types, not just polearms.
A guy suggested making a "bonus to horses" tag, same as "bonus against shields". You guys say it's not needed because polearms can rear horses. I say this tag doesn't have to only apply for polearms.
