You should should add jump kicks and make it blockable for shielders and not blockable for 2h 1h or archers. when a shielder block the kick it could knockdown the guy. jump kicks could add so much to this game.
or just make kicks blockable for shielders for make it even for them instead of nerfing it.

Adding things is the opposite of the direction things seem to be going. :|

Jump kicks sound like fun. However the developers are deathly allergic to fun. So, no.

Only blockable for shielders... so having an omni-blocking, arrow force-fielding, couch-avoiding shield isn't enough for you, you want to be able to avoid getting kicked as well?
Uh huh, sure, why not.

It seems that no one in this thread has played Rageball recently...

well mayb they should modify some useless shields that no one use and make them 7 skill shield points needed have that kind of attribute. so we could have more diff class of shielders

The comment above only applies to:
Huscarl and heavy round.
Also, kicking with a shield while blocking makes the most sense. Look at the animation, characters entire body is protected during the kick.

No... forcefields on other shields do the same thing. I shoot at Kite shields and Norman shields all the time (or rather at the user's feet or head) and the shield's forcefield catches it. The only people who don't get a stupid forcefield on their shields are people with a low shield skill - which doesn't depend on their actual shield type at all. Just look at those trolls with 13 shield skill and a practice shield - you can't shoot around that thing either, it's all about the shield skill.
Kicking while blocking doesn't make sense at all - a shield bash makes sense, I'll give you that one, but it should also lower shield defence at the sides since the shield isn't up against your body like it normally would be while blocking. If you try to block a blow while you're kicking - supported on one leg - you're going to go down, then you're dead.

well it could depend on the weight of the weapon and the ps of the player and skills shield
