Title: Unban Sanxus and penalty for Jadakiss

I was on Max lvl 20, when I saw Jadakiss naked with khyber knife leeching. Once kicked he returned with the same "gear" and still leeching. He was banned by majority, after some time he rege polled me, with 57% resault as reason giving "You dont like it?"

Ban might be gone yet, dunno, I went on EU_4 and didn't care, but can you give him some penalty for that?
