UPDATE: just saved up 6200 gold, bought a dadao and it disappeared, then checked the missing item post and saw it was one of the bugged ones.. two items in a row, 10000+ gold. Any eta on a fix?

I have some problem with my heirloom. I am 4° generation but i can put heirloom ONLY on my broad axe.
There wasn't any Heirloom button in any item :(

On my char Machinegun, i got 1 heirloom point to spend, but i should have 2... I had sarranid horse heirloomed once, and warbow once. Is there any chance to get that corrected. 1 more point to spend or something?
