Trolling, poll abuse.

Tried kicking me twice for telling him to stop complaining about his teamates.  Hes also hitting other teamates.

You admins are funny, you tell me to handle things by posting ban threads, but then you don't respond.  Everyone else gets a response within an hour...

Actually ban requests rarely get resolved within an hour.  I'll take a closer look when I'm done with work (you know, that thing I actually get paid to do).

There's also a lot of you guys going back and forth, you taunting him about being banned and him taunting you about how he'll never be banned.

So I'll try to clear some things up:
- Bloodbrother_Beforedark, submitting poll kicks should be a last result, and there should be a clear reason why you are kicking (ie leeching, teamkilling, abusive to other players, griefing etc).  You should also state WHY you are submitting the kick poll ahead of time, and if the poll doesn't pass you should let it go for a bit or if things keep getting out of hand try to find an admin.

- Cap, you'd do well to follow the rules yourself (see above TK).  You already have a bit of a ban history so it won't take much to give you a longer ban if you are choosing to ignore the rules.

I'm letting Bloodbrother_Beforedark off with a warning seeing as this would only be his second ban (and the first was due to a name change).  If polls are abused or other rules are broken in the future though it could end in ban time.
