Title: Clan applicant, says one but there is none

The Persian kittens general info page is screaming one new applicant at me. I click on the hyperlink and no such applicant appears. This is a small oversight i suppose but its worth having a look at imo. Thanks.

Im a bit OCD and its doing my head in.

edit your clan data (without changing something) and it will be gone
