The second one is understandable, the devs don't like gifs and pointless posts in the diplomacy board, as for the first one, maybe its because the admins are corrupt!

This thread lacks personal insults and threads.
It lacked hot men in underwear as well.

You gotta be pretty stupid for calling an admin conspiracy, then breaking the rules on diplo forum, and dare to make a shitpost in general discussion vs the forum mods for giving you warnings...

Any gifs/images/videos posted in the the diplomacy section have to be

1.) Made by you.
2.) Relevant.
3.) Appropriate with the theme (no modern stuff, sunglasses, meme phrases, etc).

If you read the OP it seems he is more asking what a warning actually does...

Warnings do nothing unless you get a loads of them in a short time.

That means you can get loads of warnings in a long time and still do fine.

Basically, you are supposed to treat these warnings as what their name indicates: take them as a warning.

When you're warned, your "warning level" will increase. It if gets above 50, you will be unable to post on the forums until it goes back down (it decreases by a couple points per day). So, when you get warned, you are supposed to understand that if you continue to post in the same manner you are liable to be muted.

The first warning you got was because of where you made your post, not because of its content. The admin feedback section is for feedback specific to a particular admin, and your thread was more akin to "investigative journalism" than it was to a performance review.

I understand the 2nd warning. The 1st warning is on the edge.

They are very generous with warnings in diplomacy section. Its the only forum I ever get warnings from.

Basically if you post in diplomacy section, expect a warning.

I think it's time we kick over a few trash cans, scream anarchy, and occupy cRPG.
