Title: Defend the Village mode fixed?

EU-CRPG 6 has been running DTV for a while today. The server is not locked and anyone can join, has the game mode been fixed and can we open our NA servers to the public again?

Nothing fixed yet, eu6 was/is under strict admin supervision to make sure absolutly no glitching/exploiting is going on, just for fun.

the legio server is in battle mode. when an admin turn it in defend the village, you can be sure nobody will glitch or cheat. i did the admin too on our servers. if the "zombies" win, they win.
- leechers get kicked.
- archers and who is on unreachable spots get kicked.
- runners or delayers get kicked.

we even did last friday night "of the risen deads" and irc://arria was there so we haven't been warned or watched or reported.

I ain't touching this mode at all, because the easyness in which formation combat counters the npcs. Getting multipliers is way too easy, chadz will see the big increases in exp and gold and I don't want to risk a ban that way.

This is such a fun game mode, I hope they add some more levels.  Can fix gold/xp issue by requiring you to beat 3 waves to get a multiplier with a boss (or 3 bosses of the same type) in the third wave.  Also, max 25-30 players or everyone's ping goes to 400, but maybe increase bots by another 20-30 if they beat all the waves when it repeats through the cycles again and make their hitpoints and powerstrike go up significantlya s well.

This is a good idea I agree.  You shouldn't get exp for every round.  Its too easy.

that's true, after the first "happy leeching" hours we started to admining carefully when we have that mode on. We never put that mode if there isn't at least an admin in.

Anyway, since they told me that over 20 players you don't actually get more bots, player limits will be reduced to 20 players when we have that mode on, until it gets fixed, and we will put that less often since it's quite bugged.

uhm... with 20 players only, we still get only 40 bots, not 80  :?.
