This guy was running around without banner and spamming stakes between gates on EU2 today. Someone told me it was bannable, so here I am.

I don't think this is a bannable offense yet, or at least your screenshots don't prove that he used a weapon rack to get them (Which i think makes the difference when it comes to stakes for now. Should just be removed for siege).
