I looked around and couldn't find a thread regarding a power throw cap. Is there one?
For example if I was using Throwing Daggers and they required 1 PT would it max out at 5 PT like a bow does with PD.

There is no cap for PT.

Hallelujah!

Stops being useful about 3 PT over what you're throwing, and anything over 10 is a waste

I've had multiple people tell me in-game that going high above your weapon requirement will not deal noticably more damage. However, I played a 8 PT javelin/shielder months ago, and enemies would ask how high my PT was after I landed a damaging shot on them. Maybe the formula has been changed since then, but it was plenty effective when I tried it.

No real cap for PT, but the wpf will limit you a bit. 13wpf (or was it 14?) per PT.
AND lvl 30 with a 30/9 build will allow you to get 3 wm and your overall max wpf will be 130.

I have watched (and been hit by) frugfrug throw mw rocks with 10pt. I can confirm that there is no cap.

Well, you can't really have 11PT. Apparently you need something like 115 EFFECTIVE WPF to throw at 10PT which means you basically have to be naked. Unless you went to level 33 or something, you can't get enough WM to get you enough WPF for 11 PT. And even if you did, it would be a very cookie cutter build.
