victoria II for 5 bucks pretty cheap. I wouldn't play it yet tho, wait for heart of darkness xpac.

Thats what I was thinking of getting, but with another expansion I think i'll wait until they do a complete edition in a steam sale.

Anyway if anyones interested they talk about EU4 here http://www.twitch.tv/paradoxinteractive/b/382958953?t=188m30s , and it goes on for over an hour with ingame footage after the interview

Not out for at least 5 months apparently, looks pretty good though

A lot of stuff in the Victoria II xpac looks better than EUIV

A lot of this stuff is built on improvements from CKII and HOI3 add-ons (stand-alone and xpacs), and correct me if Im wrong but I don't think a lot of it will even be in EUIV.
