Title: payment system broken?

Whenever I try and pay mercs, when I hit submit it just goes back to info tab and no payment goes out. I'm rank 10 in my faction.

only owner of battle can send payment. do u was commander of that battle?

This is not entirely true, but I don't know what the criteria is for allowing others in control to pay out.

only owner of battle can send payment if your faction attacked. do u was commander of that battle?

oh ok, I was certain I had sent payments before for other peoples' battles, but I guess it was for battles we defended. strange rule.

yeh it only works for higher ups if it was a defence battle.
attack battles can only be pay'd by the initiator.
it was made like this to easyer avoid transfer payments on demand across far distances (its from 1st or 2nd strat if i remember right).
